Position Overview
The Superintendent will supervise and manage multiple commercial paint crews and foremen across various job sites. This role ensures all project scopes are executed on time, within budget, and according to contract specifications, while consistently upholding ACP’s quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency is a plus
Ability to read and write English is required
Prior experience in the commercial painting industry
Experience in commercial construction
Ability to travel as needed
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background and drug screening tests
Hands-on leadership in the field and mentoring skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and construction management software
Passion for high-quality work, reliability, and loyalty
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with multiple foremen to assist with crew management
Oversee project scopes, schedules, and related documentation through Procore and other software
Manage overall Material and Labor budget and reports directly to Project Managers
Ensure crews follow ACP’s and clients’ safety and quality guidelines
Ensure Quality standards are maintained as it relates to service deliverables
Assist foremen with scheduling, sequencing, and project planning
Bridge scope of work progress tracking between Foreman and Project Managers
Audit workmanship, document deficiencies, and provide corrective training
Monitor material budgets, track waste, and implement cost-saving measures
Track company tools and equipment stock
Ensure foremen create work tickets and complete daily project reports
Support foremen with timesheets and subcontractor invoicing for T&M work
Train foremen on time corrections, disciplinary actions, and field documentation
Communicate directly with foremen and project managers to coordinate materials
Develop strong client relationships and manage expectations on-site
Collect and submit work ticket documentation with before-and-after photos
Notify project managers of any scheduling changes
Submit receipts to the billing department weekly
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Base Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience)
Performance-based bonuses
Full-time position, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work and site visits
In-person role based in Oklahoma City, OK and surrounding areas
